Nebbiolo Wines

Nebbiolo is the grape behind Barolo and Barbaresco. It's pale in the glass, but don't let that fool you: there's real grip and perfume underneath, all roses and tar. It wants food, ideally something rich and slow-cooked. These run from approachable Langhe bottles to proper cellar wine.
