Massolino

Massolino is a family domaine based in Serralunga d'Alba, one of the most powerful Barolo communes, and has been making wine in the Langhe since 1896. The family own parcels across several of Barolo's great crus, and also work in the Barbaresco zone, sourcing from the Starderi, Serraboella, and Albesani vineyards in the village of Neive.

The Barbaresco is fermented in traditional oak tini and aged in large Slavonian casks, a method that preserves Nebbiolo's natural florals and fine tannins without over-oaking the wine. Massolino is a name that stands for old-school craft and genuine site expression, and their wines across both appellations reward patience.
