Domaine Fabien Coche

Domaine Fabien Coche is based in Meursault, where the family has farmed since the 1940s. The estate was founded by Julien Coche-Debord and known for many years as Coche-Bizouard; Fabien, the fourth generation, worked alongside his father Alain before taking over in 2005.

He farms around twelve hectares split across some forty parcels in Meursault, Auxey-Duresses, Monthelie and Pommard, with organic farming in place from the 2023 vintage. Yields are kept low and the soils are ploughed regularly, and people who follow Burgundy closely often name this domaine as one of the most underrated sources of white wine in the Côte de Beaune. We stock the Bourgogne Côte d'Or Chardonnay, a good introduction to the house's pure, mineral style.
