De Montille make some of the most respected Pinot Noir in Burgundy, with vines spread across Volnay and Puligny. The Bourgogne is their entry point, made from a warm, ripe vintage, but it shows the house style clearly: understated, precise and with that slightly savoury, earthy character that separates Burgundy from Pinot Noir made anywhere else.
