Domaine Fabien Coche Bourgogne Côte d'Or Chardonnay 2023 is a wine made from grapes sourced from seven parcels in Meursault, known for its freshness, complexity, and vibrant acidity. It is whole-bunch pressed and aged for 16 months, delivering a quality that exceeds its Bourgogne Blanc classification
Pale yellow colour with delicate notes of apple, pear, roasted hazelnut and fresh butter on the nose. On the palate, crisp flavours of green apple, peach and citrus are framed by a silky texture and lively acidity. The finish is fresh, elegant and lingering.
Pairs well with seafood, poultry, and creamy sauces. Its vibrant acidity and complex flavours complement dishes like grilled fish, chicken in creamy sauce, and rich pasta.
