Domaine Tollot-Beaut, in Chorey-lès-Beaune, is a family-run estate originally founded by François Tollot in 1880. They were among the first producers in the Côte d’Or to domaine bottle in 1921, and this pioneering spirit continues to be at the core of the domaine today. Embracing modern innovation in their vineyards and cellar while still paying homage to tradition, Domaine Tollot-Beaut is undoubtedly Chorey-lès-Beaune’s finest producer.
Bright ruby red in colour. The nose is expressive, with aromas of juicy black cherries and hibiscus notes. The palate is lean and smooth with a racy acidity and fine, velvety tannins.
Domaine Tollot-Beaut's Bourgogne Côte d'Or red wine pairs well with chicken and turkey dishes, as well as roasted game birds, grilled duck breast, and meals featuring mushrooms or black truffles. This wine's high acidity and medium body make it very versatile for food pairing.
