Although Maison Olivier Leflaive has grown considerably since it was founded in 1984, its philosophy has not changed, because winemaking is above all a team effort. The House bears the name of its founder Olivier Leflaive, but now employs almost 50 people. Oenologist, vineyard manager, farm workers, cellar master, cellar workers, sales staff, all share the same goal. More than merely promoting the region’s wines, the House aims to promote Burgundy and Burgundians
Full and round on the palate with notes of minerality, spices and hazelnut. A zesty and pleasant wine.
Ideal with vegetables terrines, and some cheese such as goat cheese and Emmental.
