Tenuta di Biserno

Tenuta di Biserno was established by Lodovico Antinori, brother of Piero and a key figure in the development of the Bolgheri coast, who had previously created Ornellaia. The Biserno estate sits further south near Bibbona and is focused on a Bordeaux-influenced blend led by Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot.

The estate produces both a flagship and a second wine, the latter from younger vines and bringing the same ambition at a more accessible level. The fruit is ripe and generous, with oak well handled and the structure to develop in bottle. Serious Tuscan red from a producer who knows exactly what they are doing.
