Named after the area where the local wild boars go to root and roll around, Insoglio offers an approachable insight into the terroir of Maremma, blending international varieties to produce a fresh and cool fruited wine with a delicate clay undercarriage. In the winery the wines are softly crushed before undergoing fermentation at 28°C. 40% of the wine is aged in old French oak for six months.
