Patrick Piuze

Patrick Piuze grew up in Montreal and arrived in Chablis after working with some of the best names in Burgundy, including Leflaive and Jean-Marc Brocard. He set up his own négociant operation in the appellation and has been producing wines that earn serious critical attention ever since.

Piuze works right across the Chablis hierarchy, from village level up to Grands Crus, always with the same aim: purity, mineral precision, and no oak to mask what the limestone terroir is telling you. His Grand Cru wines are among the finest expressions of what Chablis can achieve, and the village-level wines are made with the same intelligence.
