Burn Cottage is a 28-hectare biodynamic estate in Lowburn, named after the road it sits on in the heart of Central Otago. The focus is entirely on Pinot Noir, and the team here takes the slow, careful approach: biodynamic farming, minimal intervention, and patience in the cellar.

The wines show the cool, spicy, detailed character that makes Central Otago Pinot so compelling, and they regularly punch above their station for the price. Proper fine wine from a region that takes the variety seriously.
