Mainly from Mendoza clone on clay soils, whole-bunch pressed and fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel then matured in 100% new French oak barrels for 20 months. A fusion of vibrant acidity and well-integrated oak notes is at the core of this refreshing yet concentrated Chardonnay, with tongue-pleasing texture and a long, savoury finish
