Monica Larner, Robert Parker.com, 92 points: “The Vini Franchetti 2019 Etna Rosso Passorosso is all Nerello Mascalese, with fruit from ancient 80- to 100-year-old vines. Wine Making starts in cement and includes 18 months of aging in cement and large oak casks. This vintage proves smooth and silky in texture and shows bright berry fruit, rose and campfire ash. Exactly 47,244 bottles were made. Drink Date:2023 – 2028”
