White Port served cold as an aperitivo with a good tonic water is one of the great underused pleasures. This one from Royal Oporto is made from traditional white Douro varieties, fermented longer than most Ports so it finishes drier and more refreshing. At this price it is a very good introduction to a style that is far more versatile than people expect.
This refreshing Extra Dry White Port is made out of traditional white grape varieties. This type of Port is made using the same procedures as for other Ports but allowing fermentation to continue for longer before the fortification.
