Giuseppe Quintarelli, often referred to as the father of Amarone, established the estate in 1924. His commitment to traditional winemaking methods has set a benchmark for Amarone wines. The grapes undergo a unique drying process called appassimento, which enhances the wine's flavour concentration. This Amarone is not only collectible but also reflects the artisanal spirit of the Quintarelli estate, making it a remarkable choice for both immediate enjoyment and long-term cellaring.

96 points Monica Larner (Wine Advocate): "Elegant and graceful, the Giuseppe Quintarelli 2015 Amarone della Valpollicella Classico shows a little more textural weight and intensity that is in line with this vintage that saw easily ripened fruit over a very warm and sunny growing season. The house style prizes a tight and linear approach with dried fruit aromas, pressed rose, apple chips, camphor ash and fragrant lavender bud. The mouthfeel in 2015 is both generous and focused (and fueled in part by a powerful 16.5% alcohol content) with an especially long-lasting finish. Drink 2025-2055 (Oct 2023)."

Quintarelli Amarone della Valpolicella Classico 2015 is best paired with rich, savory dishes like braised meats, game, or aged cheeses to complement its deep, elegant profile. The wine's long aging and intensity make it ideal for serving after the main course and before cheese.
