Giuseppe Quintarelli was the great master of Valpolicella: a man whose Amarones, made high in the hills of Negrar, became some of the most revered wines in Italy. The family continues his patient, uncompromising way of working: long ageing, tiny quantities and hand-written labels that collectors know on sight.
