Giuseppe Quintarelli was the great master of Valpolicella: a man whose Amarones, made high in the hills of Negrar, became some of the most revered wines in Italy. The family continues his patient, uncompromising way of working: long ageing, tiny quantities and hand-written labels that collectors know on sight.

The estate also makes white wine, a fresh, subtly textured blend from the same hills, and it shows the same care as the great reds. Whatever you open from this cellar, you are drinking the work of one of Italy's most respected families.
