Olivier Coste is a young winemaker from the South of France. His family has been making wine in Languedoc since 1701. Since childhood, its favourite playgrounds have been the vineyards and the cellar of the family estate. Through this learning, Olivier has developed a deep attachment to nature and wine. Today, Olivier and his team are doing everything they can to contribute to a better future for the planet, while creating beautiful wines.
Gently aromatic, with honeysuckle and apricot on the nose. Smooth, textural palate with delicate flavours of nuts and citrus.
Pairs well with Asian food.
