About Champagne
Champagne is too good to save only for celebrations. The best of it, particularly grower Champagne made by the same people who farm the vines, has real character and complexity, closer to fine white wine with bubbles than to party fizz. That is the kind Mark seeks out.
A special occasion is a fine excuse, but so is a Friday. There is a bottle here for you either way, and Mark is happy to recommend one.
