Camille & Guillaume Boillot

Camille and Guillaume Boillot are a young Burgundy couple working from a very small base. Guillaume comes from a Burgundy winemaking family, and the approach is traditional: no new oak, careful viticulture, and a preference for letting the vineyard speak.

Their holdings are tiny, and they include about a tenth of a hectare in the Corvée aux Moines lieu-dit below Puligny-Montrachet, so there is very little wine to go round. It is worth seeking out for the quality of the sites and the restrained, serious style in which it is made.
