Camille & Guillaume Boillot

Camille and Guillaume Boillot are a young Burgundy couple working from a very small base, with holdings that include a tiny parcel below Puligny-Montrachet. Guillaume comes from a Burgundy winemaking family, and the approach is traditional: no new oak, careful viticulture, and a preference for letting the vineyard speak.

With only 0.10 hectares in the Corvee aux Moines lieu-dit, production is extremely limited. The wines are worth seeking out for the quality of the source and the restrained, serious style in which they are made.
