Malagouzia is a rare indigenous Greek white grape that nearly died out before a handful of producers revived it in the 1980s and 1990s. T-Oinos is a respected producer on the island of Tinos in the Cyclades, working with grapes grown in the Aegean conditions that produce wines with real character. A 2018 white from a warm climate shows how well these wines hold up with a few years' age.
