Conde Valdemar Finca Alto Cantabria Viñedo Singular is a white Rioja wine made from 100% Viura grapes grown in the family's Alto Cantabria vineyard, first barrel-fermented in Rioja, and aged in French oak barrels. It has been awarded a Gold Medal at Decanter 2025 and scored 91 points by Wine Spectator
Pale straw-yellow with greenish hues. On the nose there are intense notes of white flowers, peach, apricot and subtle smokiness. The palate is complex and full-bodied, with a savoury, saline character from the limestone soil, finishing with a long, elegant aftertaste.
Pairs well with seafood, poultry, creamy pastas, and soft cheeses. Its versatility makes it an excellent choice for a variety of dishes.
