Saint Roche

Saint Roch les Vignes rosé comes from the hillside village of Cuers in the Côtes de Provence, where generations of local growers pool their fruit at a shared cellar overseen by the Maitres Vignerons de Saint-Tropez, guardians of some of Provence's best-known rosés.

It is a textbook Provençal pink: pale, dry and delicate, with redcurrant fruit and a whisper of white flowers. The sort of bottle that makes lunch outside feel like a holiday.
