Francois Carillon is the sixteenth generation of a family that has grown vines in Puligny-Montrachet since the early 1500s. When the historic family domaine was divided in 2010, Francois built his own estate on his share of those old vineyards.
His Chardonnays are everything Puligny should be: precise, mineral and quietly powerful, with the polish of someone who has spent his whole life among these vines. Even his wines from outside the famous appellations carry that signature freshness and finesse.
