Château Bernadotte 2018 is a rich, balanced Haut-Médoc: expect ripe blackcurrant and other dark fruit, with notes of black olive, dried herbs, smoked meat, and charred wood. It’s medium-bodied, with firm, fine-grained tannins and a focused, lingering finish
Pairs particularly well with beef and venison — think ribeye steak or roast lamb — and also goes nicely with hard cheeses.
