Domaine Roc de l'Abbaye

Domaine Roc de l'Abbaye is the project of Florian Mollet in Sancerre, sitting on the eastern side of the appellation. It is one of the few estates in Sancerre where the vineyards are certified organic, which takes real commitment in a region that can be difficult to farm without chemical assistance.

The domaine is known for Sauvignon Blanc of real mineral precision and focused citrus character, produced from well-tended certified organic plots. Sancerre at its best, from a producer with a clear sense of where they are and what they want to make.
