Bodegas Gallegas works in the Rías Baixas appellation in Galicia, the cool, wet corner of north-west Spain where Albariño comes into its own. The estate draws fruit from several subzones across a range of altitudes, which gives the wines more complexity than a single-site Albariño usually manages.
