Barone Montalto

Barone Montalto is based at Santa Ninfa in the Belice valley of western Sicily, working with hundreds of hectares of vineyards across the island. It has grown into one of Sicily's most consistent names for honest, sunshine-filled everyday drinking, with organic farming now at the heart of what they do.

The wines are clean, bright and generous: exactly what you want from Sicily at this level. The organic Pinot Grigio is a lovely example: pear and citrus fruit with a fresh, dry finish.
