Elena Brooks is one of the more talented winemakers working in the Barossa, and her Lionheart Shiraz is a lovely example of what the region does best, ripe plum and blackberry fruit, warm spice and a bit of chocolate richness, all put together with a light touch. It drinks well above its price point. Good to keep a few around.
