K&L Rayas "Pialade" is a rare and elegant wine crafted by the iconic Château Rayas in the Southern Rhône. This blend of Grenache, Cinsault, and Syrah offers a more accessible expression of Rayas’ style, with delicate red berry flavors, hints of garrigue, and a smooth, refined texture. Known for its finesse and aromatic complexity, "Pialade" embodies the signature elegance of Rayas while being a unique cuvée in its own right
Rich lamb matches the wine's fruitiness, while the spices and textures of Couscous Royal are nicely balanced by the wine's elegance. The robust flavours of a classic daube Provençale are equally complemented by the wine's depth.
