Cesconi is a small family estate up in Trentino that doesn't get nearly enough attention. Olivar is their take on a field blend of Pinot Bianco, Pinot Grigio and Chardonnay, all grown together on the same high-altitude plots near Pressano. The result is something more interesting than any of the three grapes alone: stone fruit and white flowers on the nose, real texture on the palate and a mineral freshness that comes from the mountain air and cooler nights. Distinctive and very food-friendly.

Tasting Notes
A light gold wine that shows layered aromas of ripe stone fruit such as apricot and peach with notes of white flowers and vanilla notes. The palate has vibrant acidity with a fresh, citrus character and the touch of minerality Pressano is known for. The long finish is floral and fragrant.
