A tiny parcel of vines just below Puligny-Montrachet, farmed by two of Burgundy's younger generation. No new oak, honest winemaking, and a wine that punches well above its appellation. It's not cheap for a Bourgogne blanc, but the vineyard location and the care in the cellar justify it. A nice way into the Boillot family style without paying Premier Cru prices.

Tasting Notes
A small holding of 0.10ha below Puligny-Montrachet. No new wood, a full yellow colour, some oak, some white fruit, not especially aromatic. This builds brilliantly on the palate, ripe fruit with a yellow edge, fills the palate, good acidity behind. Some tannic tension. Drink from 2025-2027. Jasper Morris, Inside Burgundy. 100% Chardonnay.
