Rkatsiteli is Georgia's most planted white grape, with a history in Kakheti stretching back thousands of years. Made in a fresh, unoxidised style it gives crisp wines with green apple, quince and citrus fruit and lively acidity; made in traditional clay qvevri it turns amber and gently grippy.
