What’s in the case

  • Sparkling

Drappier Millesime Exception Brut Champagne 2019

France · Champagne · Pinot Noir, Chardonnay

Drappier's commitment to quality ensures that this vintage champagne stands out, offering a delightful experience for both casual drinkers and connoisseurs alike

    Food match

Pairs well with delicate dishes like sea bass tartare, house-smoked salmon, and Comté cheese aged for 24 months. It is also suitable for a variety of appetizers and can be enjoyed on its own to appreciate its aromas.

  • White

Fattoria Mancini Impero Blanc de Pinot Noir 2024

Italy · Marche · Pinot Noir

    Clean and elegant.

The Fattoria Mancini Impero Blanc de Pinot Noir 2024 is a unique white wine crafted from 100% Pinot Noir grapes. This wine is produced in the Marche region of Italy and showcases a distinctive style through its white vinification process.

    Food match

Savory dishes like mushroom risotto, roasted chicken, and creamy cheeses.

  • White

    Ridge Grenache Blanc 2025

USA · California · Grenache Blanc, Picpoul, Roussanne, Bourboulenc

In 1962, Ridge Vineyards made its first Monte Bello, and two years later its first Zinfandel. Since that time, Ridge has championed single-vineyard winemaking, searching California for those rare and exceptional vineyards where climate, soil, and variety are ideally matched.

    Food match

Pairs well with richly seasoned dishes, oily fish like sardines and tuna, roasted pork with apples, and creamy cheeses. Its bright acidity and flavour profile enhance both savory and slightly sweet preparations.

  • Red

    Burn Cottage Moonlight Race 2021

New Zealand · Central Otago · Pinot Noir

Refined and aromatic with red cherry, rose petal and a silky, persistent finish

Burn Cottage is one of Central Otago's finest estates, farmed biodynamically on a north-facing hillside above Lowburn. Winemaker Ted Lemon of Littorai in Sonoma advises them, which tells you the level of ambition. Moonlight Race is their second label, but there's nothing second-rate about it: perfumed, detailed Pinot Noir with real finesse. If you want to see what the fuss over Central Otago Pinot is about, this is the bottle to open.

    Food match

Duck confit, roast salmon, mushroom risotto or a board of soft cheeses.
